It"s only just starting over at CES 2012 in Las Vegas, but today has seen the announcement of two brand new and high-end Windows Phone devices from HTC and Nokia. We"re talking about the new flagship LTE Nokia Lumia 900, which is essentially a larger version of the Lumia 800, and the mighty HTC Titan II which packs a huge 16 megapixels into its rear camera.
