TechSpot: Cooler Master HAF 912 mid tower ATX case review

Two years ago Cooler Master introduced a new full tower case called the HAF 932. HAF stands for High Air Flow, and with three huge 200mm fans pre-installed Cooler Master had found an appropriate name for this newcomer. The HAF became so popular that it spawned a whole new series, with later additions coming in a variety of sizes and colors, like the smaller HAF 922, a 932 AMD Edition, the HAF X, 932 Black and 922 Red.

The latest entry to the HAF line-up is their smallest and most affordable model yet, the mid-tower HAF 912 is already selling for $59.99.

Bearing a striking resemblance to the 922, the 912 is only marginally narrower and shorter. However the 912 deviates from previous HAF models in other ways, such as losing some of the tool-less capabilities, while picking up support for 2.5" drive mounting, a popular option with the recent explosion of SSD use.
