The alleged Huawei P10 leaks one month ahead of MWC 2017

A week ago, Huawei announced its event for Mobile World Congress that teased the "global unveiling of a new flagship deviceā€. While it is uncertain as to what the company might show off, a new leak might offer an unofficial unveiling before its debut.

The image to the right is the alleged successor to last year"s P9, the P10. If this is accurate, the device shares a similar shape and design to last year"s model and looks to offer a Leica dual camera system. Although we don"t get to see the front, one thing that is notably absent from the rear is a fingerprint sensor. This could perhaps have been relocated to the front of the device and embedded in a home button like the Porsche Design Mate 9.

Last year the P9 came in two versions and the P10 could be offered in similar fashion with a P10 and a P10 Plus. The main differences between the two handsets being screen size, RAM, and battery capacity.

Huawei will hold its event on February 26.
