This arcade in an exquisite walnut briefcase costs around $3,000

When it comes to gaming, there are many past consoles, titles, and franchises that hold a place in most gamers hearts, whether its Nintendo"s Mario, Sega"s Sonic or Atari"s Space Invaders. While a new generation of games pushes the boundaries further, there is always a time and a place to revisit older titles and with the push from major companies to offer officially licensed retro consoles, this will without a doubt allow a new generation of gamers to experience the classics.

But what happens when owning a Super Nintendo Classic Edition or a reproduction Atari cabinet isn"t enough and you just need something a little more exquisite? That"s when you scour the internet for something a bit more unique, something that can"t be purchased from your local Best Buy and crafted in limited numbers. What you see above is the Cary42, a custom-made portable arcade cabinet that is built with American walnut and limited to just 50 units.

The unit comes in a briefcase style design and houses a 12-inch display with stereo speakers. The unit can accommodate up to two players and will come with 100 games, but more can be loaded via USB. It is priced at €2,599.00 or around $3,030 USD and can now be ordered with shipments expected to start in December.
