This Nvidia RTX 5060 Ti only has 8GB VRAM but it's still worth every penny

We recently posted our best desktop CPU and GPU recommendations for 2025, which included picks across AMD, Intel, and Nvidia. Although the RTX 5060 Ti was not on the list, one of the Gigabyte variants of the 5060 Ti 8GB is currently a great deal, as it is on sale for just $300 (purchase link under the specs table down below).

The card performs slightly better than a 9060 XT from AMD, which is on our recommendation list and is also more efficient. While the 16GB 5060 Ti variant is generally desired, this particular deal, despite being just an 8GB variant, is an excellent one and should not be missed.

Cooling on Gigabyte’s Eagle card is handled by the company"s popular Windforce design, which uses a trio of Hawk fans with alternate spinning to reduce airflow turbulence. Plus Gigabyte also claims to use a server-grade thermal gel in it to keep heat transfer as efficient as possible.

The key technical specifications of the Gigabyte RTX 5060 Ti Max OC 8GB are given in the table below:
