Tuesday's PC game sales include The Witcher for $4.99

Today"s PC game sale highlight can be found over at GoG.com. The DRM free web site has CD Projekt"s 2007 fantasy RPG The Witcher available to download for just $4.99 for the next two weeks before it goes back up to $9.99 (it"s also a perfect way to introduce people to the upcoming sequel The Witcher 2, due out next week). The GoG.com version has a ton of free extras for the game as well, including two game soundtracks, a game guide, wallpapers, a digital art book, a calendar and more.

Over at the Steam web site they have launched its regular midweek madness sale with a bunch of games from publisher Kalypso Media. 17 strategy based games from the publisher are now on sale for 75 percent off their normal price until Thursday. You can also get all 17 games on sale in one big bundle for just $29.99. Some of the games included in the sale are the Tropico games, the Commandos RTS game series and more. Over at the Impulse web site you can also get the WWII strategy game Hearts of Iron III plus most of its expansion packs and sprite packs for 70 percent off until May 16.

The Direct2Drive site has a special deal over on its Facebook page where the first 500 people who "like" the page will get the MMO game Rift for 50 percent off its normal price. Also it has three casual games (Bus Driver, A Kingdom for Keflings and Mystery of Mortlake Mansion)  on sale for today only for $1.99 each.
