"Windows Live Plugin" website launched

The Windows Live Team has launched a new website showcasing and organizing plugins for Photo Gallery, Movie Maker and Writer.

Photo Gallery plugins include, Inkubook (for creating professional looking photobooks), various uploaders (Facebook, Picasa, and Youtube) and other publishers for content management systems.

Movie Maker plugins are currently a little more limited, with only uploaders for Youtube, Facebook and Smugmug.

Live Writer users should be excited as there are over 177 different plugins available, running the gamut from content enriching tools (Now Playing, Polaroid Picture and more) to specific object inserts like Youtube videos, code inserts, smilies, attachments and more.

Windows Live Team has also simplified the submission process so submitting and uploading plugins is easier and more streamlined.

The team is hoping a plugin community for the software will flourish, and as much of the Live Suite is seen as essential software, there should really be no shortage of development in the coming months.

Out of the Live suite, what software is the most useful for you? Also, what are you hoping the plugin community whips up next?
