You can now grab October's free games for PS Plus

Similar to Microsoft"s Games with Gold, Sony too offers a bunch of perks and freebies for folks willing to pay for its PlayStation Plus subscription. Among those perks are a pair of free games for the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita each, every month.

This month"s freebies include Friday the 13th: The Game and Laser League for PS4. PS3 owners can regale their weekends with The Bridge and Master Reboot, while Vita owners can kick up a riot playing Rocketbirds 2: Evolution and 2064: Read Only Memories on their couch.

If you own all three of Sony"s console, you can grab all of the above for free. Even if you don"t, and are just the proud owner of a PS4, you can still play all of the above via Cross Buy, except for Master Reboot.

A PlayStation Plus membership allows you to play with friends via online multiplayer, affords you discounts on PS4 games and, of course, entitles you to two free games every month on the three aforementioned consoles. It costs $9.99 per month, or just $5 a month if you choose to buy a bulk subscription for 12 months at once.
