Occasionally Show suggestions in Start (Windows 10)

Has anyone found the toggle to disable it? When I go to Settings>>Personalization>>Start there are only four toggles:

Show most used apps

Show recently used apps

Use start full screen

show recently opened items in Jumplists on start or the taskbar

I'm on Windows 10 Pro

Have they removed that feature or the toggle?

The shortcut for it is still there if you type "Suggestions" in to the settings app, but yeah you're right, it appears to have lost its toggle

Is the feature still there? I mean does Start actually show suggestions yet? I don't see them on the Lock sScreen although the live tiles have some default suggested apps (like Minecraft) that could be downloaded, I don't see them in the left part of Start

I haven't seen any no. Maybe that's why the toggles not in place yet.

I'm definitely getting App Store suggestions on my start menu and I'd like to turn it off. When I right click the item it says "Turn off all suggestions" but it doesn't show the option in the dialog that opens. I'm using Windows 10 Education.
