I need to build a compact PCI PC with inputs from 06 sensors.

The runtimes so far are well below 10ms and the testing was done only in Matlab, so speed is expected improve with a hardware language.
 
Can you suggest me some options for the same. I had used i5 processor for matlab simulations.
