Everytime I open an Explorer window, it moves to a different place

Is that supposed to be normal? For example, I open up the My Computer window. I center it in the middle of my screen. I close the window. I reopen another window and it seems like it moved?

This has always been a problem with Windows 10. It is fixed in the latest Insider Preview 10532.

Weird. If i open an explorer window, move it to another spot on my massive screen, then close it, the next time i open it it will be in the same spot i closed it.  Using build 10240.

Is there anyway to center the window?

For example, if your resolution is 1080p, the top of the explorer window is 50px from the top of the screen, the bottom is 50px from the bottom of the screen, the left and right sides are 100px from the edge of the screen. Any thing like that?

What did you disable? What "tweaks" are you running, etc.
