... yeah , they broke my system. I just installed a bunch of them yesterday and the computer was rendered totally unusable. So it might be a better idea to simply skip updates and just disconnect it from the internet or take your chances with viruses / exploits...

I have an old XP SFF gaming build that is used to play some very old games. XP is still an awesome operating system. It would be wise to stay disconnected if you are truly skipping security updates.
