need to know name of a media player

Does anyone know what media player (and skin) can just show the album art pic as shown in the image below, if there is no image then here is the link:

It's a Samurize "module" for Winamp/Foobar/anyothermediaplayer

And you could make a Winamp5 skin that would show you just the albumart and playcontrols or whatever you want.

Does it come with Samurize ? if it doesnt do you know the name of the plug in. Im thinking about creating my own skin like that for WMP or be really lazy and use .Net with the WMP SDK to make a smal app
