ICQ Skin Troubles

This is from an ICQ Plus skin called PlasticICQ.

I don't know why, but my font does not look good. Does it look like that?

I think this is due to Windows ClearType effect, am I correct?

I also have another problem, which is after I installed WindowBlinds, The Effects button in the desktop Control Panel will not open up for me to change the cleartype.

WindowBlinds got to fix that, and this may NOT be ClearType problem, I am just guessing.

What do you think?
