It's looking very good, but three things:

1) How about making the scrollbar/buttons blue, as well. The silver is out of place.

2) Are you going to make a thin taskbar version? Or, at least, a thinner taskbar, it looks oversized.

3) Maybe you should add blue to the start button, too. At least for the hover/selected state?
