I've been looking over the internet for a long time for any relation to untitled.com and i cant find a thing. Can anyone work out what this website is? I've been curious for so long.
...I've also been looking for an alternate (secret) version of the internet but found pretty much nothing.

It appears to be a members-only group of Network Admimistrators that set up and run web sites. I'm guessing the secrecy is to prevent DoS types of attacks.
