[Samurize Release]Stimulation Config

[Normality]

I made this config using a screenshot of the previous floodgear website (http://fusion.studio.web.free.fr/SAMURIZE/Old_Floodgear_Screenshot.jpg) as a basis.

I mainly focused on making the config more colorful than the original, whilst keeping things coherent.

I'm really happy with the result and feel this is my best config yet, so I thought I'd share it with all of you.
