Thanks for sharing that. I learned some things.

I do wish you had an "UNDO" reg file to go along with it. Be nice to have in case some people would like to try some tweaks you have there but still be able to reset the defaults in case they should change their minds.

I did notice My Computer opening quicker...but I'm wondering, which Explorer? Windows Explorer window, or IE?

I didn't notice any difference in Windows Explorer window opening quicker. It was probably just me seeing things, or a temporary bog in my connection, but IE opened slower.

I'm wondering what part of the tweak is "just" for My Computer, so I can just use that part.

I've highlight the different value entries...same location; different values. He probably hasn't caught it yet. Glad I looked closely.

i don't do the auto unload dll tweak because i don't know how useful that is.

there are some other tweaks i use that i don't see in there. all i remember right now are the "move to" and "copy to" additions to the context menu.

Enable Quick reboot:

this tweak allows you to reboot the system by pressing shift + ctrl + alt + delete. This procedure is called quick reboot. (http://www.securepcsolutions.com/tweak/stsh1.htm)
