I've been a windows user for 10+ years. But I've always had this curiousity about Macs. Last night I took the plunge:

I'm glad I won't have to give up neowin, although I'll be spending more time here and other new places.

If you have any questions feel free to ask. Obviously I'd suggest reading the stickies and try searching before asking a question, but never be afraid to create a thread or ask a question in an existing thread.

Also, don't feed the trolls. We always seem to get the occasional person that will go on about how Mac's suck, or in the case of you posting a question that's already been answered in a different thread, you'll get someone bitching about the double post, but try not to pay it too much mind.

after using windows since 3.1 i just havent had the same feeling as i did back in my amiga days. after using macs switching will not be regretted!
