Firefox Download Problem

Ok just recently after I reinstalled Firefox, everytime I start a download the Download manager doesn't show, I only see the download in the "Download Statusbar." I looked through the settings for the Download Statusbar and I can't find anything that would do this. Any help, I'm guess there is probably something in the about:config....

Second, you probably looked at this already but have you been to tools, options, downloads.

Thanks, I was looking in the wrong spot, I thought my extension did this. I just don't know how this got turned off though...
