Nomination Phase

If a game is already listed, you DO NOT need to nominate it again.

This phase is to nominate games that you want to appear on the voting phase of the Community Game Awards. At the time of the voting phase, you will be able to decide who the winners of each category are.

As promised last year, the Neowin Community Game Awards are making their return and we are now ready to start the nomination phase of things. This process will last for one week and crucial to the success of the awards. I ask that any member wishing to participate do the following:

  • Objectively consider all games played this year and weigh their merits and weaknesses fairly.
  • Post your nominations in an easy to read manner, clearly indicating category for nomination and the platform the game was played on.

Below is a list of categories I need people to nominate games for. There will need to be at least 5 games for a category to make it into the final voting process. Please only post your game nominations (specify platform also) and specify which category you would like to see it in. Any off topic chit chat should remain out of this thread so as to avoid any confusion.

There seems to be a bit of confusion over what constitutes an action game. To sum it up, you are usually in 3rd person view mode and there's a lot of action (duh). Spiderman 2: The Game and The Hulk are prime examples of this.
