:p i hope but im not sure about it can be made :( ms should integrade transparency into WLM then it could be possible :D

( if you install WLM 8.562 on vista you wont have these glass effects )

The transparency is not possible. i think the selection colours are not nice and the buddy icons don't really work. We (theunknown and I) at Messenger Lab are making a vista skin we are hoping to release it closer to the final version of WLM. expect something on the dark side as well as the light scheme.

why wouldnt the transparancy be possible? have you looked at WMP for vista? or maybe the whole UI.....it's all transparent

Simple WLM doesnt support it.

i cant get to the newsgroup ( if that is what you mean ) from my comp something wrong with me gettin inet from my dads comp that has a firewall and proxy with setting he doesnt even know how to turn of :s lol someone can submit it if he likes..

i'm not trying to beat you down.. i just don't feel it has a polished look.. the bits you ahve going don't really go well together and without the transparency the skin will look a little plain.

@ Rudy - I, with theunknown, skin WLM and have already established what is possible and what isn't pretty much. we were going to release a maclive skin for those testing WLM but now with the new build we have to do it again.. next week i intend to do it.
