I normally try to support these types of themes, however, the designer clearly doesn't understand the difference between a good graphic design and good theme. You're going to be looking at that theme all day. It will have an impact of your feelings. You want something smooth and flowing. If I, or anyone looked at that all day, they'd probably kill themselves or others.
