This is a Windows Classic theme modification with smother edges, smoother colors(and smoother font).

Font is corbel and alternate fonts are tahoma and segoe ui.

Compact and normal start menu .

Pack also contains Miranda skin and Winamp skin.

I hope you like it.

--------------Update1-------------------------

Following Suicide advice i have added another color scheme: for those who prefer a more classic look i substituted orange color with blue and changed logoff and shutdown buttons

looks ok for me, but font is too small even for my 1280x1024 lcd.

also i think CLASSIC should have TAHOMA option as well as not to have linuxish ORANGE color in it (should be replaced with blue imo)

nice theme nevertheless, still being not pretty usable for me.

You have on large fonts the option: tahoma 8 pt and on extra large fonts the option: segoe ui 8 pt...

As for orange color i?m thinking on more color schemes...un update maybe

Thanks for your nice feedback...glad you like the theme.

Great! Thanks!

There is a small bug with the font selection. If you choose large fonts IE 6 still uses Corbel. Maybe you didn't change all references?

I fixed that small bug...you can download again the file

There's a bug in the taskbar also, when you right click on the taskbar and uncheck "Lock The Taskbar" and bring one of the sections of the taskbar, let's say "Quick Launch" on the other side, the scrolling thing isn't skinned.

thought you might wanna know.

Fixed

I still get the version from the 13th...

I don?t get it...no prob with tahoma on my IE6 (I had this toolbar font bug wich i have fixed)..you can see here:

Enable your toolbar icon text and you will see it. I've openend the vs with ResEdit and there are a lot of references to Corbel in the other two substyles. Changed it with Search And Replace and everything's fine now...

    • It does invite Linux because MS should have been improving their products all along these years instead chose to ignore the users now this year they’re making all of these improvements to their products where as Linux doesn’t have this kind of problems in fact it has gotten so good I can even play Windows games in Steam that I no longer ever needed Windows to carry on with my life, unlike you still use Windows and chose to try beat down down those who don't use Windows because they love their LG TV. (Surprisingly I actually own a 55” LED LG TV and it has been going strong for almost 14 years, longer than any Sony TV”)
    • As much as I love owning my own hardware, it's hard to argue with the value. I'm not a huge gamer, I'd actually be interested in a cheaper plan with limited monthly hours, or even a pay-by-the-hour plan.
    • Well, they (LibreOffice/The Document Foundation) are bitchy and whiny, yes, but they're right, at least this time. It doesn't make sense to market something as "free and open source to thwart dependency on foreign companies' software" but at the same time, using the formats of said companies (Microsoft) by default. That way, you are changing nothing, essentially, you're just using another UI. We all know that users just use the defaults and almost never change them. I'm not saying they should drop other formats altogether, but they shouldn't default to the thing they're trying to run away from in the first place. If you're gonna do something, just go all the way in, don't stop in the middle, IMO. Otherwise, shut up and move along.
