Windows Sidebar - How to edit the RSS Feeds?

Hi does anyone know how to change the RSS feed to a site you actually want feeds from?

Coz if I right click and edit, I don't get the option to add my own feeds..like from skysports.com or something

If you save the feed in IE 7 the option will be on the sidebar. It took me awhile to figure this out too.

I'm not on Vista right now...other wise i'd help more.
