Zune Software Version 1.1 English Old Version

My friend sent this to me:

I inserted my Zune CD that I received with my Zune. I copied and pasted the CD to my Desktop, zipped, and uploaded.

The Zune v2 software has a couple of serious flaws that stop me from buying a Zune player.

1. No smart playlists.

2. No star rating system. Only broken heart, neutral and heart. What? Give me stars anyday.

3. No genre in browse. You have to go to list mode to see it.

4. Cover art problems.

Just a note on to install:

Disconnected internet

Inserted original CD [1.1]

Let it install and followed prompts, when checking for net just canceled

Each time it runs just hit cancel to the update prompt

Don't forget the lack of a tag editor. That was the dealbreaker for me. I eventually got my tags straightened out though, and the new software has some significant benefits.

Thank you so much for adding this, I could not find my original install disk and I wanted to setup a virtual machine so I can remove all my DRM :) with the newer software it has the updated keys and mirakagi does not work.
