IE7 issue with Gmail!

Hi All,

In my Laptop's IE7, I can login to Gmail normally. But as soon as someone tries to chat with me using the web-based Gmail talk, IE freezes and stops responding!

The same when I try to initiate the chat.

What can the reason be? I did clear the history and cookies several times with no use.

Is there a way to repair IE7?

Is there a reason that you know for this issue?

the only crazy thing i got with Gmail is in IE8, the Gmail page looks broken, even when I'm emulating IE7

as for the Google Talk issue, you can try using a different link to open the web messenger, see if that helps. or just use the actual Google Talk (though i understand, there must be a reason why you're not already doing that)
