Schedule Task - Enable/Switch to Power Saver Plan, Possible?

I'm wondering if its possible to schedule time of day power plans via Vista's Task Scheduler? If not whats the best way to manage this. ie) Power Saver plan kicking in at night automatically. etc

If by power plans you mean things like hibernation and standby then create a new sheduled task to run;

for standby

shutdown.exe -s

for hibernate

shutdown.exe -h
