Dialog Boxes Appearing Under Windows

Hey, I am having a weird problem with dialog boxes. I'm running Vista Ultimate SP1 x86 just for reference.

The problem is that dialog boxes like to appear under the active window that they should normally appear over. For example: If I open a folder, and click a file and press delete, nothing appears to happen. However, if I then click the open window, the dialog box pops up from under the window. Its not really a huge deal, but its getting kind of annoying. Anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

Ya, thats what I thought. Nobody has a clue how to fix this. Oh well.

I actually noticed this start happening recently... I personally think one of the recent updates caused this because it just started about 3 weeks ago and I had never experienced it before.
