How many of these ghost devices can I remove?

Guy's how many of those devices can I remove.

I have my audigy 2 connected via analogue input to a cheap Creative 5.1 speaker setup and that is all. Nothing fancy.

How many of those ghost devices can I get away with removing without breaking the installation????
