Runtime error at random when opening folders

This just started happening, when I open a folder..any folder really, I get this runtime errror saying. "Runtime Error 204 at 009E24C4" And sometimes it'll pop up right after the folder is open, sometimes it won't, and then like everything just freezes and I have to do Ctrl Alt Delete to close the Not responding error window, and the explorer reloads. Can anyone help me out?.
