Share Files between Mac Leopard and Windows Vista?

I've googled this to no avail. Im at the point when I can see the Macbook under Network but the only folders that are visible are User public folder and Printer

I've added Itunes Music to the list of shared folders but it won't come up on my Vista PC?

And The External Hard Drive is formatted for a Mac so My vista won't let me access it.

What can i do?
