[iPod Touch] Failing to sync smart playlists

In iTunes I have created various Smart Playlists with rules dependent exclusively on the contents of the comment tag. I tag the comment field with the mood of the song such as Happy, Aggressive, etc.

The Smart Playlist looks something like this: Comment contains Aggressive

The Smart Playlist works in iTunes properly listing any songs that have the word "Aggressive" in the comment field. However it will not sync the same Smart Playlists to my iPod Touch.

I disabled sound check on my iPod and iTunes in the case that iTunes writes to the comment tag and it still fails to sync these playlists.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Solved. Sync all playlists was not checked in the iPod > Music tab
