[Win7] Resizing Min/Max/Close buttons

Is there a way to do this other than:

Switching the theme to Windows classic

Opening Window Color options

Switching back to Aero

Clicking on the min/max/close buttons in the Windows color options box and making them smaller

I ask because it messes up the rest of the windows colors when doing it this way.
