Am I just retarded or do custom vista styles make the title bar text of windows disappear?

I can't find any information about this ANYWHERE and it is driving me crazy that it doesn't bother anyone else.

Any advice would be great.

Vista Explorer doesn't have titlebar text for me on even the default Aero theme, so I don't know why Basic would.

There is no titlebar text in explorer windows on Vista. Try Aero and Basic and you will see that they don't have text.
