Can't login with Live just loops,

So I tried loging into the MS expert zone site and it just loops forver.

I tried deleteing the temp files, cookies ect.

I tried changing the cookie hanfling under teh privasy tab to all combinations.

I restarted after each change to to make sure.

here are the urls is switches between:

http://login.live.com/logout.srf?ct=125187...pireCookie.aspx

http://login.live.com/uilogout.srf?lc=1033...nsvis=&ec=1

so it makes a click noise and just loops back and forth.

Any suggestions?

I can do it using an InPrivate session but it's slow as can be.
