Background Auto-Changer/Right-click option

Hi all. I trawled and looked for something similar to what I want but nothing came up (neowin or wherever) so I'm posting it here.

You all know the neat "Right-click --> Next Background/Random Background/Change Background" option in Win7 right? Well, I want one in WinXP.

Is there some way to 'add' an extra line in the right click dropdown menu in Windows XP to have the same capabilities as in Win7?

Does one have to change or add lines into the registry?

There is a program out there, my bro showed me a while back (forgot the name) where you can change the layout of menus such as the ctrl-alt-del window layout, and changing their functions and text, by importing a file in the sys32 or dll folder called "Gina" or "Alice" or whateva. It was pretty neat.

So coming back to my orginal request, could one theoretically do what I imagine by using both strategies?
