help with epson r1900 +CS4 and SL issue !

I'm trying to print something on PS4 using my epson r1900 with the most recent driver and it keeps on giving me this error

"Error: /usr/libexec/cups/filter/cgpdftoraster failed"

However, if i save it as pdf and print it in acrobat it prints fine.

Anyone have this issue?

After update 10.6.1 I was having the same error with my Epson WorkForce 500 but I could still print some stuff. I downloaded the latest drivers and it fixed it.

Are you really sure you have the latest drivers? Did you check the website?
