cpu upgrade advice

thinking of upgrading to this cpu ive checked a few things to make sure its compatible but i wanted to make definitively sure that itll work since newegg doesn't do refunds. heres the specks for my current cpu and the one im thinking about buying

Well, that processor will NOT underclock to 800MHz FSB, so make sure your laptop motherboard can do a 1066MHz FSB without overclocking.

And because it's going from 65nm to 45nm, you will most likely need to perform a BIOS update as well, but both of them are Socket P processors, so it will physically fit.

ok i found a different one, pretty sure this one will work since the fsb is the same and i looked up on forums about people putting it into the laptop i have but i wanted a expert opinion. i guess this is the fastest processor for socket p at 800 mhz fsb. thanks for your help.
