Hello my fellow neowins today I come to you with a gift, if you shop on ebay.com your going to want to try searching for ebay items using my new ebay search engine I just built.

This project of mine took quite a while to finally finish as I was new to php but dam am I happy with the results, okay so basically this ebay searching tool finds the most popular things on ebay.com, this is determined based on an ebay items "watchcount" and "sold count".

Try it out for yourself! and if you like it why not share it :)

This is version 1.0 and of course there will be many updates on its way in the not to distant future, please share with me your thoughts and criticism.

Pretty nice idea. Could make it look better though Maybe a logo of your site name or something, unless you were getting around to the graphical part of it later?

Thanks! Your absolutely right I do have plans on changing things up such as the button graphic, I like your idea on creating a logo of my site name.

Today I plan on creating some mock ups and hopefully I can come up with something pleasant for the logo of my site name and a much improved graphic for the button soon.

being able to search just the buy now and free shipping items is a must! Other than that Not bad. The logo could use some work.

Thanks for your input, I like that idea and will definitely being implementing this.

Yeah I agree the logo can use work as it left me not feeling too happy about it either, I am considering hiring this graphic designer I know who can do much more better graphic designing then myself.

Please switch to using a font that is not Times New Roman...

Agreed. Comic Sans is definitely the better font

how do you determine popularity?i was thinking about maknig something similar a few years ago but never got round to it :p seems to work well :)

Hi,

It actually took me quite some time to finally get around to building this as well :) , Popularity is determine based on the amount of ebay members who are watching an item, and also based on an actual items selling count.

      Epic Games says Unreal Engine 6 will help developers "build content faster" using AI models by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Epic Games is rolling out the latest major update to Unreal Engine 5 today, and at the same time, the company also dropped some information on the next-generation version of the product, Unreal Engine 6. This was already revealed a few weeks ago alongside the new Rocket League upgrade reveal. The company says it is combining the features of Unreal Engine and Unreal Editor for Fortnite to create this new version of its popular media creation tool. On top of creating entire games, the new engine will also focus on letting developers operate large-scale live service titles more easily, whether by shipping content into their own ecosystems or into Fortnite. The use of large language models is also mentioned here, with Epic saying it will be a core part of the engine. "We see LLMs, generative AI models, and tools like Claude and Codex playing a central role in helping you build content faster while maintaining the creative control you need," adds the company. Here is the rundown of what's new about version 6 of Unreal Engine: With all these changes to the programming model, portability upgrades, and generative AI integration, Epic says the new version of the engine will "change a lot about how games are made." The company aims to ship Unreal Engine 6 into early access in late 2027, with a full release planned for 12-18 months later. Epic Games also dropped a lengthy blog post about the new Unreal Engine 5.8 update for game developers over here.       That is the thing, how many of these people don't realise they are using AI? If they use Google Search they have no choice but to use AI. So yes, maybe half of American adults do use and I expect a lot of Uk adults do to, but I bet most of them don't realise it. Myself, i avoid the rubbish.
