Sergee
Basically I backed up my iPhone4 on iTunes, I've lost the phone and my insurance company sent me a new iPhone4 would my back-up be able to restore to my new iPhone4? If it's possible how will I be able to do it through iTunes? Thanks in advance.

Sergee
It said my new iPhone version is new and I had to set it up as a new iPhone.
Biohead
Was your old phone on the latest firmware? If it wasn't, or your replacement phone is on a higher version of firmware - you can't restore. When you plug in, you should get the option of "Restore from a backup of XXX's iPhone" or "Setup as a new iPhone". You could always try a DFU restore, as when it boots back up that should prompt you. Sergee
How do I DFU Boot? Is there a way to access that back-up to see my old contacts?
