I was wondering what would be the best way to clear the transaction logs in Exchange 2010? I have around 120GB worth of them and could really do with some free space.

Many thanks,
keitex

Do a full backup which commits the transaction logs to the database.

How? I have actually never done a backup of the database before. I do not think that Symantec BESR 2011 includes Exchange plugin either.

Have a look at the following article on using Windows Server Backup (included in Win2008).
