So i was thinking someone should make a program to download all their facebook messages. for anyone who doesnt know, you have to scroll up to load small sections of your messages. if you have 20 thousand messages, it takes a long time! Can someone make a program or even a script to load MORE message at a time? I was looking through the HTML and saw this

I was thinking, at the end, if someone could change 60 to say, 1000. It would be easier to load!

btw, I downloaded all my facebook data through the account settings, and it didn't work properly!

I think adding this to the end of the messages page will work.

Ok it does work! I guess I dont need this program now, but it would be cool!

Theres an option to download a backup of your facebook account already that includes all messages.

Take a look at this. Red1 is a addon for firefox which downloads all your facebook messages and saves them in txt files. It is much quicker than the facebook download option.

That's precisely why I use Facebook messaging only with my chat client.

And it's true, Facebook's "download my info" is a joke. The thing is so incomplete and not even working correctly for the little stuff it pulls...
