Help needed editing a sound file (looping)

Hi All

Wonder if someone could help me out doing a bit of sound editing. I have a sample that I need to loop over and over but only a certain part of it.

Anyone of the 80's tv age will remember Blankety Blank and thats the bit I'm trying to loop. Im trying to get a longer version of the jingle but seeing as there isn't one without the announcer coming in early on I am stuck doing this manually.

Anyone care to lend a hand or point me to the right tools for the job?

Sample attached but theres an annoying blip near the end which ruins the sample.

I don't have it loaded right now but Audacity is free and very easy to edit files.
