I have a Gulftown i7 Extreme and recently installed a Corsair H80 liquid cooling system. My question is how hard can I push the CPU? I set the BIO to "crazy" which is 4.25GHz. Do I dare mess with anything and try to get 5GHz?

As long as you set the thing to shut down when temps hit say 70°C in the BIOS, then you should be okay. Random BSOD's and stability issues are to be expected.
