Netgear ReadyNAS Ultra 4+?

I've been looking for a couple weeks to a good solution for a NAS system for the fraternity I live in. It houses around 60 guys but maybe 20 AT MOST would be accessing the NAS at one time to stream movies/tv shows.

Right now I'm leaning toward the Netgear ReadyNAS Ultra 4+ and was looking to get user comments on it or suggestions that are systems like this.

We have three 2TB HDDs right now and I'm planning to get another to fill all 4 bays. I'm trying to not spend too much but also get a system that will last and won't need upgraded anytime soon.

Just looking for a little feedback and some ideas to bounce around.
