Sounds like any other Will Smith Movie.

Interesting concept even though it's recycled, I find post apocalyptic movies watchable if executed well.

When I first saw the title I was hoping for a live-action Titan A.E. (After Earth), but it wasn't to be :(

I've enjoyed most of M. Night Shyamalan's movies and I think Will Smith is a great actor. I'm definitely keeping an eye on this one. Thanks for the heads up. (Y)

Tropic Thunder springs to mind. Although it steal ideas from other flicks I still think it's fairly unique in it's production. Last Action Hero is close to this, but with a different story line. Creativity is hard ladies and gents!

When someone says remake they do not mean that a topic; for example World War 2 or something but rather a direct remake of a movie that has been made. Same script but with different actors.
