Is there a way to Install Flashplayer, to work with Firefox, on a portable USB drive ?

Flashplayer doesn't seem to offer you the option to install anywhere but the C:\ drive.

Thanks :)

It's an outdated and insecure version of Flash, but this works...

Scratch that, use this link...

1) Close all browsers
2) Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash
3) Copy "NPSWF32.dll"
4) Go to C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins
5) Paste "NPSWF32.dll"
6) Restart browser

^ I tried copying 2 files to the USB, but they must not be in the right folder:

NPSWF32.dll

flashplayer.xpt

OK, I found the answer by Searching the Net (what are the odds ?).

I solved the problem by creating a folder in regular Firefox, by copying the above 2 files into a created folder, named 'plugins'.

My drive E:\ USB copy of Firefox is happy now.

Thanks for reading.
