I can not create an account in Windows Live.

Situation: when I'm using a browser that is with the other language like portuguese and change in Internet Explorer / Firefox / Chrome the language to en-IE/en-IN, I get the message "this is a temporary problem, please try again later" . However, since yesterday that the service is well and I can not get an e-mail added.

What can I do? Thank you.
