LCARS UI (it used to be called Tricorder but was taken off Android Market for legal reasons. It's been re-released by another person.) There are lots of other similar programs, this appears to be the only one which works.

I wouldn't call it a re-release, as I've used nothing from the Tricorder app. It did not used to be called that either. It's an entirely new app.But thank you for the complements.
